
Applying to Rent
Step 1
You can obtain a copy of our rental application form at the property inspection, or you can download one here now.
Step 2
Fill in all your personal informaton along with the applicable tenancy details and employment and income information. You will need photo identification and proof of income attached as a minimum.
Please remember to sign where indicated in order for your application to be considered.
Step 3
To submit your application you can:
- Drop it in to our office at 544 Box Road, Jannali
- Fax it to (02) 9528 5114
- Email it to jannali@ljh.com.au
Step 4
Please allow a few days for our property management staff to process your application and check your references.
Someone from our team will contact you to let you know the outcome of your application as soon as practical.
If you are the successful applicant, we will ask that you bring in a holding deposit of one weeks rent to secure the property.
