The office was established in 1975 and operated as Paul David Real Estate Pty Ltd until 1987, when it joined the L.J. Hooker group. This increased their existing strong profile in the local real estate field and with the recent incorporation of another long-standing, real estate office, Pratt Real Estate the business has a large client base who continue to return for their real estate needs.
L.J. Hooker Jannali has operated from its current high profile position at the corner of Roberts Street & Box Road for over 30 years and is considered by many to be the best location in the Jannali Shopping Centre. The office has received many industry and non-industry awards for customer service and contribution to the community. It has been a Finalist 4 times in the past 6 years for the Sutherland Shire Small Business Awards for Real Estate Services, taking out the title on 2005.
Owner and Licensee Damian McGuirk has been a local resident of over 40 years, and with over 21 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, has owned L.J. Hooker Jannali for the past 15 years. Dedicating much of his time to developing the business into a modern and friendly office, he has encouraged his staff to develop relationships with the Community, especially with sports clubs, schools and local charities.
